During the first 30 days, you must take full advantage of the wisdom, knowledge, and experience that your up-line has to offer. In addition, this time is spent learning your business by doing the following:
- HOST AND ENCOURAGE YOUR TEAM TO HOST AS MANY RE-SHAPING (SHOWCASES) PARTIES AS POSSIBLE: Re-Shaping Parties are the driving force behind the growth of this company. The product sells itself. When a woman puts on a Body Magic or Corselette and other women see how they went from a size 18 to maybe a size 14 or possibly a 12, it is lights out!! Our products are tangible and people can see and feel, not only physically but emotionally, what we have to offer.
- PARTICIPATING ON AS MANY CONFERENCE CALLS AS POSSIBLE: These calls are very energetic as well as informative. Often times you can quickly hear newly updated announcements from the corporate office. You get to hear who just received a promotion, how to present the Ardyss business, explanation of the comp plan, live testimonies from IDs from all over the country, and much more.
- CHECK YOUR E-MAIL ACCOUNT AND VISIT: www.drop2sizesnow.net at least once per day. This website serves as a resource and motivation and we admonish you to surf this site to familiarize yourself with all the information it has to offer. Remember that communication is vital to the effectiveness of any business or organization.
- READ YOUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: It is imperative that you read and familiarize yourself with the do's and don'ts of the company. Remember make the money but also study your business.
First 30 days for team building:
- Your objective in the first 30 days is to sponsor a minimum of 10 Independent Distributors (IDs) Reason: By enrolling these 10 IDs within 30 days you just qualified yourself for a $1000.00 bonus. You just made your initial investment back plus $750.00.
- Your second objective within your first 30 days is to assist 4 IDs you sponsored to do the same. Also assist them to reach at least 2,5oo gqp each. This will generate them a $1,000 bonus.
